Ms. Thompson came to the Office of Student Conduct as a Student Office Assistant in 2018 and became a Graduate Assistant in 2019. She joined the staff full-time as a Program Coordinator in 2020. She became the Case Manager for Internal Investigations towards the end of 2020.
Ms. Thompson holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in Women and Gender Studies as well as an MA in Higher Education Administration. As the Case Manager for Internal Investigations, Ms. Thompson manages and tracks Title IX and BOG Rule 1.6 cases for the Office of Student Conduct and Employee Relations. She also assists in preparation of Title IX and BOG Rule 1.6 cases that go to hearing during the adjudication process. Amanda is passionate about helping people and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.
