The Office of Student Conduct strives to foster a campus community that protects the health, welfare, safety, property, and rights of all members. Staff members from the Office of Student Conduct are available to assist students in understanding and applying the West Virginia University Student Conduct Code.

Please see the West Virginia University Board of Governors Policy on Sexual Harassment and the WVU Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion website for more information on Title IX.

When students are involved in a student conduct matter, they will be provided information on the process, including an explanation of substantive and due process rights; the right to a fair hearing;  the right to have an advisor/or attorney, when applicable; and, their right to appeal the outcome and sanction in each case.
